Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

Position Overview: The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at our store will strive to provide exceptional customer service and create special experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive product knowledge to provide friendly and solution-oriented service to customers.
Effectively communicate sales and promotions and provide personalized service in all customer interactions.
Respond proactively to customer concerns and provide positive resolutions.
Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise.
Maintain presentation and display standards and ensure cleanliness of the sales floor and other areas.
Accurately and efficiently process all register transactions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer-centric with a strong sense of ownership and integrity.
Excellent communicator and team player.
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and bending.
