Seasonal Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with each customer, providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Drive seasonal sales goals by creating a welcoming and elevated customer experience.
Achieve productivity targets through effective negotiation and upselling techniques.
Demonstrate product knowledge and showcase features, benefits, and seasonal promotions in each interaction.
Provide professional and timely customer support to resolve inquiries.
Collaborate with fellow Sales Associates to brainstorm and implement new strategies for maximizing seasonal sales results and enhancing profit margins.

Requirements:

An associate's degree is recommended but not required.
1 year of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar entry-level role.
Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and motivated to create positive customer experiences.
Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Open-minded with a "student mentality" focused on growth and improvement.
