Job Description:
AECOM is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Secretary to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent time management abilities, and a commitment to providing top-notch administrative support.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations- Maintain and update office records and databases- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls- Assist with project coordination and tracking of deadlines- Provide general support to visitors and clients- Perform basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies
Requirements:- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
