Job Description:
Marathon Petroleum is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary working from home in Columbus, Ohio. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a resourceful and confident personality, as well as strong project management and cooperation skills.
Responsibilities:- Managing and organizing schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and faxes- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for team members- Maintaining accurate records and databases of important information- Assisting with project management tasks as needed- Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements:- 4 years of experience as a secretary or executive assistant- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Comfortable working from home with minimal supervision
