We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Service Administrator to join our Securities Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Working with a team of Client Service Administrator peers, you will provide industry leading service to Securities Finance clients in support of their program satisfaction. In conjunction with Securities Finance Relationship Managers, you will work with Securities Finance clients to ensure swift response to their needs, including, but not limited to: addressing queries and requests, performing reporting, and assisting with program enhancements.You will support the onboarding of new relationships and the expansion of existing relationships, leading to increased revenue for the Securities Finance department.You will liaise with operational and technology teams and traders to coordinate service to the client, learning about all aspects of the Securities Finance program through broad exposure to individuals in the business.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience2-4 years total work experience preferredTeam players who can work with internal and external clients in a collaborative mannerAbility to handle deadline driven tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentStrong PC skills – including Microsoft Excel.
