About the Team and the Role BLB&G is looking for an Associate to join the firm's Securities Litigation team in our New York office, where you will litigate securities fraud matters on behalf of the firm's clients. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial candidate who is passionate about plaintiff-side litigation and thinks critically and creatively about potential legal claims and litigation strategy.
While representing investors in complex securities fraud actions, our litigators work towards achieving precedent-setting reforms to increase market transparency, holding wrongdoers accountable and improving corporate business practices. BLB&G has recorded more multi-billion dollar recoveries than any other firm, including in cases against WorldCom ($6.2 billion), Cendant ($3.3 billion), Bank of America ($2.4 billion), Nortel ($1.07 billion) and Merck ($1.05 billion). Recent high-profile successes include obtaining recoveries against Wells Fargo, Wilmington Trust, and Volkswagen. The firm is currently lead counsel in prominent securities cases against Boeing, Kraft, Equifax and Qualcomm.
