What you'll be doing: Reviewing marked documentation to ensure it has the correct security and corporate markings, and Restrictions of Use Statements according to the technical content on the document. Responsible for ensuring security classification of all documents is consistent with provided SME guidance. Ensuring all Quality Assurance requirements and company QA standards of the Business, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Procurement & commercially sensitive information are met. You will be a Principal point of contact for key stakeholders regarding the transfer of documentation, both common and project specific. Apply, Check & Review marking of documentation for Security Classification and other relevant considerations, and complete the release check form if required to cover documents prepared. Help to liaise with subject matter experts on any issues which are not clearly encompassed by the current process, licenses or legal agreements. Escalate any issues and share best practice and knowledge with other team members for right first time delivery. Be willing to challenge and suggest improvements to all processes and their application, to improve efficiency, accuracy and robustness of the end to end document transfer and delivery process. Your skills and experiences: Experience or exposure of engineering/physical principles. Understanding of government security classifications. The Security Controls Team: You will be joining a newly created team of five who will be responsible for reviewing the marking of documentation for Security Classification. This role has focus on the Engineering domain, so you will have exposure not only with the Security Department but with various other internal stakeholders including the Engineering and Export Controls Team. Joining this team offers you the prospect to establish a panel of subject matter experts who will be the elected people to contact when reviewing all information being shared in order to reduce the risk of security breaches. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
