Security Compliance Manager

We are currently looking for a full time Security Compliance Manager to manage the compliance and licensing company wide. The main responsibilities of this position include:
Monitoring licensing status for new and existing officers to ensure we are in compliance with local and state security mandates
Input and maintain employees credentialing information in company database
Communicate with account managers and other company staff to ensure compliance standards are met
Communicate with both new and existing officers to ensure licenses do not expire
Audit current employee files to ensure that they are in compliance
Communicate with DCJS and other state organizations to help speed up licensing process
Other duties as assigned
This position is full time with a work schedule of Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. However, due to the nature of this position, there will likely be times when work will need to be done remotely after normal working hours. Candidates must be available to be on call and available outside of normal business hours including weekends.

Candidates MUST have their own reliable transportation .
This is a salaried position. The starting salary for this position is $75,000/year to start + benefits.
We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
Successful candidates will have security account management experience as well as a comprehensive knowledge of licensing procedures and specifically DCJS.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be a US citizen
Must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of security management experience
Must pass a comprehensive background investigation (both internal and independent State Police background check)
Must pass a drug test
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel
Must have a working smartphone
Must be available to work on-call and weekends if needed
Must work well with others
