About this opportunity:
We are creating a new market for network APIs to drive digitalization. This will provide telco operators with new ways to monetize their networks and transform the telecom industry. Our customers – market leading service platform providers plays a key role in this strategy.

Join the growing Ericsson family as a Security Governance Manager and make your mark in the tech industry. The Security Governance Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the organization's strategic initiatives, performance management, governance structures, and operational efficiency. This role is designed for a seasoned leader who will manage and lead cross-functional projects, drive security governance forums, drive security awareness and training, drive performance improvement efforts, ensure alignment with organizational strategy, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Playing a pivotal role within the security community, you will not only guide teams in challenging security work, but also foster effective interactions with business stakeholders.

What you will do:
Establish and manage the Project Management Office (PMO), aligning it with organizational goals.
Lead key projects, overseeing resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery.
Define and implement project management best practices for consistency across initiatives.
Develop and implement a performance management framework to track organizational and individual goals.
Collaborate with department heads to set KPIs, assess performance, and drive improvements.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead the creation and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Ensure governance processes and compliance with organizational policies.
Design and manage training programs that align with company priorities and employee development needs.
Facilitate communication between leadership and departments and assist in strategic decision-making and high-priority project coordination.

The skills you bring:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information, IT and Cyber Security frameworks and implementation industry best practices.
Expertise in Third-Party & Supplier Cybersecurity Assurance: Including Software Development Security, risk management, and security posture assessments.
Proven experience in designing and implementing secure network/cloud infrastructures and developing security architecture standards.
Strong background in implementing new technologies, security frameworks, and DevSecOps practices.
Advanced skills in using PowerPoint to illustrate security metrics, measurements, and reports.
Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, and other security qualifications.
Experience across IT security architecture, IT/ITIL frameworks, and managing enterprise security systems.
Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
