Responsibilities
• Position self at or near the front desk/check-in area• Greet and check in all employees and visitors• Direct individuals to proper locations throughout the facility• Notify employees of arriving visitors and direct them to meet their guests• Obtain and issue proper identification for anyone entering the facility• Conduct security checks on all visitors• Patrol and monitor assigned area, report suspicious activities• Monitor surveillance cameras, inspect property, monitor crowds• Contact law enforcement or fire department in case of emergency• Check doors and windows after business hours for security• Investigate reports of suspicious activity on the property• Detain persons suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives• Escort discharged staff and unwelcome parties off the premises• Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent for Level I• Associates/Technical Degree or equivalent for Level II• Bachelors' Degree or equivalent for Level III• Bachelors' Degree or equivalent for Level IV• All legally/reasonably expected certifications needed for each level
