Job Summary: The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, visitors, and property at both the medical clinic and construction sites. This role involves monitoring activities, enforcing policies, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:Patrol clinic premises and construction sites regularly to ensure safety and security.Monitor CCTV and security systems, reporting any suspicious activities or breaches.Manage access points, verifying the identification of personnel and visitors.Enforce visitor policies and issue visitor badges as required.Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, providing first aid if necessary.Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures within the clinic and construction areas.Assist in maintaining a secure environment by reporting hazards or unsafe conditions.Provide assistance to patients, visitors, and staff, addressing any security-related inquiries or concerns.Foster a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining a professional demeanor.Participate in emergency drills and training sessions.Assist in implementing emergency response plans and protocols.Work closely with security management and staff to address any security issues.Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields preferred.Knowledge of security systems and emergency response procedures.Strong observational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications:CPR and first aid certification.Familiarity with healthcare regulations and safety standards in construction.Ability to work evenings as needed.
