SCIF Security Administrator Location: Onsite at the Mark Center, Alexandria, VA Salary Negotiable TS/SCI We are seeking an experienced SCIF Security Administrator to oversee and maintain high-level security operations at our Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility located at the Pentagon. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of personnel and physical security standards and be proficient in managing secure communications and Special Access Programs. Key Responsibilities: Personnel Security: • Ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD)-704 and related guidelines (ICPG 704.1 and 704.5). • Stay current with DoD Information Security Program standards and Sensitive Compartmented Information guidelines (DoDM 5200.01 Vols.1-4). • Coordinate with AFOSI Eagle Eyes and WHS foreign travel for threat briefings prior to foreign travel. • Conduct foreign travel briefings and debriefings, ensuring documentation in personnel JADE files. • Liaise with government customers to process staff SCI access requests. • Coordinate with the DIA Special Security Office (SSO) for SCI eligibility and indoctrinations. • Manage DISS visit requests and update SCI personnel records as needed. Physical and Technical Security: • Ensure SCIF construction and protection meet ICD 705 and ICS 705-1 & 705-2 standards. • Apply SCI administration principles for physical security, visitor control, and technical security as outlined in DoDM 5105.21 Vol 2. • Uphold OPSEC principles for SCIF security. • Conduct entry/exit inspections to prevent unauthorized removal of classified information in line with DoDM 5205.07-V-3. • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) annually; develop new SOPs as required. Secure Communications: • Manage COMSEC equipment and safeguarding protocols. • Conduct re-inspections and update the SAPF Security Compliance Inspection Checklist. • Coordinate secure equipment schedules and operate secure VOIP and VTC units. Special Access Programs (SAPs): • Conduct annual SAP self-inspections as per DoDM 5205.07, V-1. • Manage personnel security files in JADE and ensure compliance with SAP access protocols. • Prepare and submit Program Access Requests (PARs) for SAP-eligible personnel. • Oversee special program indoctrinations and debriefings. Qualifications: • Clearance: TS/SCI required. • Education: Bachelor's degree. • Experience: o 6+ years in physical and personnel security functions within a classified DoD environment. o 3+ years as a SCIF Manager.
