Shift: 6am-6pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday Wage: $21/hr Security Shift Supervisor: Data Center (Construction) Security Shift Supervisor conduct unarmed Patrols (interior and/or exterior), control facility access and egress, monitor closed circuit televisions and alarm systems, compose reports, deter criminal activity, and misconduct, and perform other duties as specified by the client. The Security Shift Security is trained to work on all posts at the assigned site location and is available to work all shifts and oversee the security officers of those posts. Data Center Security Shift Supervisor facilitate a pleasant experience for our client and their customers through interactions. Customer Service is primary.
Responsibilities: Maintain awareness of surroundings to promote physical security and safety; watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards Observe and report and suspicious activity Contribute to communication and awareness of security policies and issues as needed Badge/ID generation Asset Management Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles Escalate infractions when noticed Distribute and enforce on site and global standard operating procedures down to the individual level Concierge services and package delivery Assist and train new staff on all security systems, SOPs, patrols, post orders, etiquette, and customer service as a member of the security team ?Ensure Client and Company policies are followed Assist the Site Manager in creating and improving site specific SOP/Post Orders Support Daily Tasking and Activities 100% completion of log and report write-ups Perform to the best of your abilities to meet KPIs outlined by the Site Lead. Oversee the Site Security Officers, enforce disciplinary measures in accordance with Salute HR policy Additional Accountabilities: 100% completion of log and report write-ups 100% accurate and timely submission of timesheet documentation in Field Service Fulfillment of 100% contractual expectations as defined with Client SOW specific to scheduled service delivery Fulfillment of 100% revenue expectations as defined within Client SOW Completion of 100% required Talent LMS based training courses as assigned 100% adherence to Salute Mission Critical safety standards and best practices 100% adherence to client security/privacy practices and expectations Construction Site Security Lead requirements: Current state-issued guard card? 2+ years leadership

High school diploma or appropriate level of training per local jurisdictions Ability to speak fluent English Experience in customer service-related fields ? Ability to handle stressful situations with tact, professionalism, and respect Computer literacy with experience within the Microsoft Office suite Basic CPR/AED/First Aid or BHV equivalent Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 40lbs.
