Our Corporate Finance Technology (FinTech) team plays a pivotal role in advancing the Enterprise Digital Transformation agenda.
As we embark on a multi-year initiative to implement SAP S/4 HANA, we invite you to contribute to this significant journey.
As a vital member of the Digital Core leadership team within FinTech, the Segment Integration Director will oversee a team of experts dedicated to the design, implementation, and integration of Segment-related SAP S/4 and Finance "Edge" systems-more than 30 best-in-class applications-into our finance ecosystem.
In this role, you will shape the evolution of our digital Finance systems and architecture, providing essential technical expertise and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 7 years in SAP S4/HANA Finance and 4 years leading end-to-end S/4 HANA Finance transformations.
Expertise: Strong experience in systems integrations and managing transformational initiatives within large organizations.
Technical Proficiency: Solid skills in system architecture and integration
What will be your key responsibilities?
Leadership: Direct the Segment Integration Team across all segments-Snacking, Petcare, and Food-ensuring excellence in execution and strategy.
Design and Integration: Oversee the design and integration of SAP S/4 and Finance "Edge" systems, driving transformative changes in our financial processes.
Collaboration: Partner with various segments to align on planning and prioritization for both S4 and Edge systems.
Standards and Compliance: Ensure adherence to SAP Clean Core principles and maintain design compatibility across all financial systems.
Technical Oversight: Provide leadership in system architecture, ensuring integration with existing deployments and supporting the development of our global data model.
Project Leadership: Lead significant segment projects, including the integration of Mars Retail Business, ensuring successful implementation.
Strategic Integration: Assess the requirements of newly acquired business units and integrate them into the S/4 strategy.
Alignment and Coordination: Collaborate with the Digital Core leadership team to establish segment timelines and priorities.
Actionable Plans: Work with the FinTech extended leadership team to translate segment requirements into master data and shared template designs.
Industry Insight: Stay informed on the latest trends in SAP systems and edge technologies, incorporating this knowledge into our strategic roadmap.
Transformational Leadership: Guide the Finance organization through a comprehensive deployment journey, ensuring an integrated approach to our roadmap.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation by leveraging the latest S4/HANA capabilities and edge solutions.
Integrated Collaboration: Establish effective working relationships with Digital Transformation peers and resources within FinTech.
