Job Summary:
The Selling Sales Manager will primarily be responsible for maintaining a personal sales quota and leading by example. The Selling Sales Manager will also be tasked with overseeing the door to door sales team in order to achieve company revenue targets by targeting residential customers and selling our best in class internet. The Selling Sales Manager is responsible for all of the sales targets in a specific territory.
Maintain a personal sales quota and lead from the front by training all new sales hires.Recruit, lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.Identify specific market needs and take action to solve business problemsConduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to hold the sales team accountable for hitting sales targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales data.Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure company goals are met.Communicate sales strategies and results to senior management.80% field work and 20% office work
Qualifications:
Prior experience leading a team.Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager or relevant role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.Proficient in CRM software, Google Suite and Slack.Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
