A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world's leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.
The Program Global conflict, campus environments, and the political climate reinforce America's — and more broadly the West's — absolute need for smart people with moral clarity that have access to problems that matter.
Nowhere else will you find a concentration of such people or problems than at Palantir. We power hospital operations, coordinate disaster relief, support U.S. allies like Ukraine and Israel, and much more.
Last December, we launched the Semester at Palantir program for students who desire to accelerate their career and learn by doing — working on meaningful problems in the real world rather than just in the classroom, especially at universities where teaching has strayed.
After convening one of the strongest cohort of interns to join Palantir to-date, we are proud to announce another spring cohort of the program starting January 2025. University fellows will be placed in one of our various roles to work alongside full-time Palantirians, supplemented with programming curated to fuel growth and criticality. The spring 2025 program runs from January-May 2025.
The Role You'll work alongside a full-time team solving a variety of technical problems - contributing to Palantir products and customer outcomes. In this role, the challenges you'll seek will require a curious and analytical approach, a sharp intuition for product, and a strong degree of user insight to ultimately empower our customers to improve decisions.

You'll contribute to turning that hunch into reality. You may also be deployed to Palantir internal teams and problems. You will be matched to roles based on your skills, interests, and experience.
