This is a pure hunting role as a Senior Account Executive, driving net new business for Remote.What you bringSkilled in negotiating sound business deals, also excelling in communication, leadership, and problem-solvingStrong, consultative styleHigh level of integrity and work ethicSelf-motivated and self-directed; able to work independently as well take a leadership role working with internal teams / stakeholdersStrong business acumen with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders' requirementsAbility to thrive in a high-growth environment and are proactive in addressing challengesExcellent in multitasking, prioritization, and time managementProven expertise in sales processes, with a strong track record of driving six-figure, multi-stakeholder opportunities from self-sourced leads to successful closure5+ years of previous experience as a Account Executive or related SaaS sales experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills (English)Experience in the HR tech / software industry is a plusIt's not required to have experience working remotely but considered a plusKey ResponsibilitiesDrive growth for Remote's Employer of Record (EOR) solution in the Mid-Market spaceBuild key relationships with prospective clients, including with key decision makers and champions, to drive successful outcomes and exceed revenue objectivesConsistently meet or exceed revenue quotasDrive territory planning strategy to effectively work your book of business in tandem with your sales development (SDR) teammateIdentify, prioritize, and qualify prospects, and drive the sales process to executionSelf source and drive six-figure opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and senior leadershipMaintain a clean and current pipeline of value-based, strategic opportunitiesAccurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue for your territoryMaintain a high level of knowledge about Remote's Global Platform and services, the market served, and the competitive landscapeCollaborate and communicate with key departments that support the client process, experience, and supportUnderstand the global employment needs of business prospects, and design solutions to meet those unique business needsWork closely with the Account Management and Client Success teams to ensure a smooth, post-sale transition for new clientsPracticalsYou'll report to:Sales Manager, AMERDirect reports:N/ATeam:SalesLocation: AMERStart date:As soon as possibleRemote Compensation PhilosophyRemote's Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
