As a Senior, Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing our highest potential value accounts, engaging and educating dozens of qualified leads a month, validating how our solution will solve their problems and then negotiating, closing, and handing off new clients to our success team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver unparalleled customer service to prospects.
Engage with executive-level and team-level buyers to uncover their challenges, goals, and business needs.
Uncover the pain and cost of the status quo through focused discussion around how they currently work, with the ability to articulate the costs of their pain back to the prospect.
Build value through the articulation of features and benefits that match customer pain and use that value to confidently propose Accelo as a solution.
Operate a disciplined and high-quality sales process aligned with the client's buying process.
Meticulously maintain records including notes, status, stage, pipeline, and forecast.
Cold call, email, and outreach to identify and close new business.
Follow-up on leads and broadly work the associated organizations provided by lead generation activities including marketing campaigns, trade shows, etc.
Update CRM daily to ensure accurate, complete and up to date sales activity reporting is available.
Maintain proper documentation including discovery notes, demo notes, and sales hand-off notes.
Drive expansion and upgrades within assigned named and basic customers (when applicable).
Travel to cover the assigned territory, trade shows, customer facing meetings, prospect facing meetings and relevant partnership engagements. Prior travel approval is required from Company management.
Perform other duties and complete other responsibilities as assigned by Company management.
What You'll Bring

Have 4-5+ years of selling experience, ideally SaaS software.
Naturally inquisitive, curious, and hungry with a tenacious work ethic and a "never-quit" attitude.
You thrive in a high-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
Confident in welcoming early opportunities, guiding them through the sales process, and offering our services.
Professionally empathic with the ability to "put yourself in the shoes" of people in various roles across different industries.
Experienced in consultative solution selling, particularly in a B2B context, where you can help educate your opportunities and close in a timely manner.
Able to follow a proven sales process to create a consistent and successful client experience.
Competent and confident with technology so you can run awesome demos that wow your prospects and have you on the front foot when they ask questions.
Capable and comfortable working all phases of the funnel with balance and autonomy to produce consistent results from qualification to close.
Preferred Qualifications

College degree preferred, but not required.
Prior CRM / Project Management / PSA tool experience.
Experience working in a professional services context - our clients are all professional service business owners/managers.
Outbound sales experience; the ability to self-generate leads through various strategies to supplement the sales pipeline.
Where You'll Be

For this role, we ask that you live in the Denver area with an option to work from home 2 days a week. Our team follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
We are a global team distributed across the US, Philippines, and Australia.

This role offers a base salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000, plus commission. The exact amount depends on your experience in the professional services automation space and your years of experience in sales, particularly in SaaS sales.

Please note: there is no relocation package available for this position.
