Position overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify, prospect, and close enterprise-level (cloud billing $100k+ per month) accounts, drive revenue growth, and build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
What you'll do:
The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that allows them to strategically engage at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects.
Research potential enterprise clients (cloud billing $100k+ per month) to generate an opportunity pipeline via cold outreach, networking, partners, referrals, and events.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while ensuring accurate forecasting and timely progression of opportunities through the sales cycle.
Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and business targets
Effectively move across different markets and rapidly execute against varying territory and customer goals
Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined territory
Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically
Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Archera's platform
Who you are :
5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience
Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in technology sales selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting services, or cloud computing services
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence C-level executives and decision-makers.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities, manage time effectively, and work independently.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
