Senior Account Manager--Automotive Industry

Key Responsibilities: 1. Regional Business Development:• Identify and develop business opportunities with target customers in the automotive industry.• Foster strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Project Management:• Lead and manage projects involving international teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and resolve any issues that arise.
3. Business Strategy Development:• Develop and implement business strategies for target customers, considering competition environments and competitors' benchmarks.• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
4. Profit and Loss Management:• Oversee regional business profit and loss, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
5. Team Development and Management:• Develop and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
6. Market Promotion:• Promote company's products and services within the target market.• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
