Your key responsibilities 
Develop and Drive the Vision: Craft, communicate, and implement a comprehensive Business Plan that includes vision, strategy, long-term sales goals, profitability improvement, and strategic innovation initiatives for both private label and existing international accounts. Let's set the stage for success! 
Build Rockstar Client Relationships: Foster and nurture productive partnerships that deliver mutual success. Help clients harness the power of fragrance as a growth driver. Together, we'll create magic! 
Dive into Consumer Insights: Team up with marketing and consumer insights to build a rich base of consumer intelligence. Address diverse consumer needs with precision and creativity. 
Anticipate and Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve by anticipating clients' needs. Establish a proactive program to generate new business opportunities and keep the momentum going. 
Lead commercial and integration of account during minority ownership phase for global expansion. Partnering with majority owner leadership to execute a transformational business strategy through an e-commerce and community-based business model.
Advance and nurture our partnership maximizing value creation pre-acquisition facilitating dsm-firmenich support and collaboration framework with majority owner stakeholders and internal experts.

You bring 
Education: Got a Bachelor's degree? Awesome! A Master's degree? Even better! 
Experience: Bring at least 5 years of sales or category experience in strategic fragrance, laundry care, air care, home care, personal care, or oral care categories. 
Growth Guru: Have a proven track record of working with large, complex customer organization and driving dynamic growth.
Demonstrated success in client relationship management and value creation. We need someone who can build and nurture strong partnerships. 
Proven leader: strong ability to develop, lead, and nurture an impactful cross-functional team. Deliver best-in-class fragrances and service that leave a lasting impression.
