Job Summary: Photon Marine is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and relationships within the marine industry.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with boat builders, marine suppliers, and other key stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine industry. Present and demonstrate Photon's electric propulsion systems and fleet management software to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Utilize CRM and lead generation tools to manage and track all sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Provide clear and detailed documentation of sales activities and customer interactions to facilitate collaboration with other sales team members. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns. Provide market feedback to the product development team to influence future product enhancements. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Photon Marine and network with potential clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the marine industry. Proven experience working with boat builders and marine suppliers. Strong understanding of marine propulsion systems and related technologies. Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with diesel or electric propulsion systems or other sustainable marine technologies. Existing network within the marine industry.
