Senior Accountant

Reporting to the Assistant Corporate Controller, the Senior Accountant is a key member of the financial team in the organization responsible for a combination of financial functions. Key responsibilities include:
Budgeting & forecasting processes. Variance analysis, including recommendations of key focus areas for business. partners moving forward. Financial oversight of the capital budgeting and spending processes. Inventory Management. Reporting and analytics related to KPIs. Other duties as assigned. This is a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will work at the Tucson office at least 3 days per week. 
Minimum qualification for this position include: Undergraduate degree. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Finance & Accounting. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong PC skills including advanced Excel skills.   Desired qualifications for this position are: Master's Degree. Professional Accounting Certification (CPA preferred).
