Your Impact

We're looking for a Senior Accountant based in the US to take ownership of all US accounting activities, including a timely month end close process and to assist with global consolidation and reporting.You will report to the US Director of Accounting, and work as a member of the global Accounting team.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join the business as it pushes into the next phase of growth.


Key Responsibilities: Responsible for US month-end close, including the preparation of journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts and supporting schedules for accounts receivables, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, internally developed software, payroll, accounts payable and accrued expenses Identifying opportunities to streamline month end close and reporting processes as part of a global initiative with reducing time to close Overseeing the processing of US accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control to ensure timely payments to our suppliers and prompt debt collection.
Supporting the US Director of Accounting with global consolidation and reporting activities Responsible for Netsuite system optimization projects including reporting enhancements and contributing to an AP system implementation Assisting the US Director of Accounting and Global Controller with the development of global accounting policies, procedures and processes Assisting with year-end activities, including financial audits, statutory accounts, and tax compliance processes.
Required Skills & Abilities CPA Required strong accounting knowledge, with proven experience with US GAAP Strong analytical skills, organized, with strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
Highly disciplined and leads by example with respect to the standard of output and the meeting of deadlines Confidence to engage and liaise with stakeholders at different levels of seniority Experience of a complex multi-currency environment, consolidation, and management of international subsidiaries Excellent communicator, with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Netsuite an advantage Benefits
