We are looking for a Senior Accountant to lead and oversee our accounting operations and financial processes. This role will ensure the integrity of our financial reporting, maintain compliance, and provide key financial insights to the executive team. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and has a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for completing all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and revenue recognitionManage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAPReconcile bank and credit card statements and ensure timely and accurate financial reportingReceive and process receivables, including managing customer accounts and collectionsSupport external audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with all regulations and internal policiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to provide financial insights and support business growthQualifications & RequirementsCurrently based in the USExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsComfortable working independentlyAble to work productively with remote teamsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize and juggle multiple tasksBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in an accounting or controller role, preferably within a SaaS or technology companyStrong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principlesHighly proficient in ExcelExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and present financial data to senior managementProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentIs this job right for you?For you - the ideal candidate - the answer is an easy one:
