Senior Accountant with responsibilities supporting month end close, including journals, reconciliations, reporting, as well as identifying issues and proposing solutions, standardizing processes and procedures with an efficiency and improvement mind set. Strong analysis and communications skills will make you an effective member of this team, supporting a fast-growing business.
Responsibilities:
Full cycle accounting role including journals, reconciliations, reporting and problem solving, assisting with audits as necessary
Bank reconciliation, cash balance forecasting
Standardize, document and communicate processes to both financial and operations teams
Documentation of internal operating and control procedures
Review processes, recommend improvements and participate in implementation of process changes
Ad Hoc Projects
Required Skills:
3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance and demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge (i.e. Income Statement analysis, Balance Sheet, Journal Entries, Account Reconciliation, etc)
Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
SAP expertise
Advanced Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
CPA Preferred
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree is accounting or related field
3+ years of experience in related field, demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge

The starting pay range for this position is $63,700 - $109,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
