POSITION SUMMARY This role is required to be in office 5 days a week. As the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, your job responsibilities?will?include?payment processing, expense reimbursement, customer analysis,?and?several?other?ad-hoc tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with payment processing and expense reimbursement; Responsible for maintaining compliance with AP policies and procedures; Monitor supplier accounts to ensure payments are up to date; Provide supporting documentation for audits; Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner; Help with employee expense reimbursements using Concur Solutions; Help with implementing additional controls where needed; Perform special projects as needed. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting/Finance; 3-5 years of experience in Accounting; Excellent client and customer service skills Proficiency in P2P and S2P business processes is a plus; Knowledge and experience working with ERP and financial accounting systems (eg, NetSuite, Fusion, Salesforce, Concur, Oracle) a plus; Strong knowledge of accounting principles; Analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and other MS office programs; Ability to multi-task and prioritize upon the various responsibilities and understand the interdependencies of others within the function of this role; Detail-oriented, dependable, and have a strong work ethic; Excellent written and communication skills.
