Description:
-coding invoices in concur that are in line with procurement process - review expenses and API (expenses related to inventory, maintenance, legal, related to contracts) - reconciling corporate credit cards monthly - payment process - check, credit cards & ACH - vendor setup - proper documentation - 1099 filings - Great Plains account reconciliation - infolease - subledger system that ties out during month end - currently splitting up AP function and funding function - role will report directly to the AP Manager
