About the position
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to join the Keyfactor team, where they will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our daily operations.
In this role, the Senior Administrative Assistant will provide backup and support to the Executive Assistant for our C-Staff and take charge of managing administrative operations for our Atlanta office.
Additionally, they will offer broad administrative support across multiple departments.
This position involves handling more complex administrative tasks and serving as a key resource for coordinating projects and processes that enhance overall team efficiency.
The position is based in the US and can be performed remotely when necessary.
Applicants must hold United States citizenship or US permanent resident status.
Responsibilities Take on more complex administrative tasks, such as project management and process improvement initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for departmental staff, providing guidance and support on administrative matters.
Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and vendors.
Train and mentor junior administrative staff on office procedures and best practices.
Act as a liaison between departmental staff and other departments within the organization.
Research and procure promotional items, oversee and maintain event marketing material inventory, including literature, giveaways, executive gifts, and print production coordination when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of office procedures and administrative practices.
Proven experience in managing complex administrative tasks and projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to mentor and train junior administrative staff.
Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
Travel Requirements Up to 10% travel required.
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
