Under direct supervision responsible for providing administrative support to leadership, business strategy team and partners in the business unit.

Major Duties: Provides administrative support to leadership and partners in the business unit Creates and reviews documents, communications, spreadsheets and/or presentations Maintains and organizes paper and electronic files.
Ensures confidentiality Coordinates and confirms travel arrangements for executives Prepares, reconciles, and submits expense reports in a timely manner Executive calendar and time management Schedules and supports logistics for internal and off-site meetings, conferences, speaking/media engagements, and events Works on special projects, such as gathering, inputting and compiling information for reports as required by manager or other partners in the department Maintains and refines internal processes, tracks deadlines May greet or assist clients and/or vendors Responsible for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines Expected to use initiative and refer complex problems to supervisors/experts Works effectively as a team member but also independently Knowledge:
Good oral and written communication skills are required
Basic Functional / Industry Knowledge is preferred
Collaborative and analytical problem solving skills are required
Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g.
Microsoft Office, Concur, Coupa) is preferred
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Attention to detail
Experience:
Previous executive and business unit administrative supportive experience or completion of professional administrative support training is required.
