SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support our Executive team in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between Executive and staff, enhancing collaboration and ensuring efficient communication.

Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to Seniors including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for Seniors and team members.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Act as a primary point of contact between Seniors and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Assist in project management by tracking timelines, deliverables, and team communications.
Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Requirements Proven experience as a Senior administrative assistant or in other administrative positions.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
