Our client, a Biopharmaceutical company located in Burlington, MA, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team! In this role you will work with the Sr. Vice President of Clinical Development and Medical Affairs, as well as other enterprise-wide leaders. This person will support the Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Product Safety, and Clinical Development departments. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This candidate must be well organized, flexible and goal oriented. This roles hours are Monday through Friday, working from 9AM to 5PM and is compensating up to $30/hr. Key Responsibilities: Manage travel planning and coordination.Manage various executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook.Prepare expense reports and related documentationMake meeting arrangements, coordinate department eventsSupport various approval processes, facilitating signatures and documentation on purchase orders, invoices, etc.Collect and prepare information for use in meetings of our senior leadership team and other outside executives. Qualifications and Experience: Previous Administration experience in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and our customers and partnersExceptional organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively.Ability to identify opportunities to drive efficiency and proactively address.Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
