About this role: The Senior Administrative Assistant will support the Regional Branch Network Executive for Alaska and Western Washington.
This position will perform diverse, advanced, and confidential daily administrative support duties, as a well as, interact on a daily basis with other senior level Wells Fargo leaders.
In this role, you will: Support performance of less experienced Administrative Assistance staff and overall effectiveness of team in performing moderately complex to complex administrative tasks.
Be responsible for compiling information, preparing moderately complex reports, and expense reports.
Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks.
Assist with selectively referring callers and answering questions regarding business unit policies and procedures.
Provide administrative supervision and support to managers in the areas of reporting, customer or business documentation, and other daily administrative tasks.
Interact with immediate Administrative Assistant team, functional area, and internal peers regarding routine administrative tasks.
Manage and book all travel arrangements.
Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of more experienced level administrative work as well as ongoing ad hoc and project or business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and pulling routine reports.
Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Administrative and Executive Assistance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: Experience supporting multiple senior level leaders/executives.
Calendar management experience, managing changing travel itineraries and accurately manage expense reimbursement.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs.
Experience writing and editing internal communications, including corporate and executive level communications.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including those related to conflict resolution.
Experience preparing presentations, managing data, and reporting projects.
Knowledge and Understanding of CloudCords scheduler.
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow and Teams
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
