About This Role:
In this role, you will report to the Director of Enterprise Sales and play a critical part in driving revenue growth for Trashie Rewards Marketplace. You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing advertisers and affiliate agencies while proactively sourcing and onboarding new direct brand advertisers and agency partners to accelerate Marketplace revenue.
You have a deep understanding of the advertising, rewards, and affiliate ecosystems, with a proven ability to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals that deliver measurable results. Your focus will be on maximizing revenue potential and fostering partnerships that align with our business objectives.
This role requires a strategic, results-driven mindset combined with hands-on execution. You will collaborate closely across internal teams to ensure partner success while maintaining a sharp focus on sales goals. With strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, you will identify growth opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and drive sustainable revenue for Trashie Rewards Marketplace.

Sell In New Advertisers and Affiliate Agencies through creative prospecting, upper funnel lead generation, account planning, drip email campaigns, industry relationship networking, and targeted sales collateral.Manage a diverse portfolio of existing direct advertisers and agencies, negotiating contract renewals, driving upsell revenue, and developing long-term account plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.Develop data-driven growth strategy leveraging tools like Strackr, Tableau and Looker to evaluate KPIs, optimize campaign performance and identify areas for growth for both Trashie and our advertisers.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding, successful campaign execution and high-performing results.Relationship Building: Nurture and grow high value advertiser relationships, making Trashie a trusted partner. Represent Trashie at industry events, conferences and in-person client meetings. Qualifications:
Experience: 10 years in either rewards or publisher advertising sales and strategic account management, with demonstrated success in growing revenue through partnership optimization. Prior experience working directly with publishers to drive affiliate campaigns and partnerships is essential.Analytical Expertise: Proficiency with data tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar, and an ability to transform insights into action.Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Self-starter with a knack for spotting opportunities, managing details, and implementing strategies effectively.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to present and negotiate with senior stakeholders, while building trust and rapport with partners.
