Senior Analyst, Client Finance - Join Our Team at CMI Media Group! Do you have a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail?

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Analyst, Client Finance to join our collaborative team.
In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of our client accounts, supporting resource allocation, and contributing to the overall success of our Media organization.


What You'll Do: Financial Stewardship: Monitor the financial stability of client accounts, identify and address pacing issues within SOWs, and independently approve monthly client billing.
Resource Management: Maintain master staffing grids, track hours, and ensure accurate billing by monitoring staff timesheets and providing feedback for revisions.
Client Support: Assist in developing client scope of work (SOW) contracts and demonstrate proficiency in explaining and pricing syndicated research tools.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies, optimize resource allocation, and ensure seamless project execution.
What You'll Bring: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in financial management, media planning, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of online and offline media functions (Media Planning, SEO, SEM, Programmatic Media Buying, Social, Analytics, Technology, etc.).
Advanced Excel skills are essential.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
