This role in summary
The Gladiator media and demand generation senior analyst will be responsible for the development and execution of various acquisition strategies, both paid and organic, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns (ie. CRM, SEM). This is a critical role to drive brand awareness, acquiring customers. enhancing digital presence, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize conversion rates through the consumer journey.
Your responsibilities will include
Develop and execute comprehensive media plans for Gladiator focusing on driving near term sales, channels will likely include SEM (Search Engine Marketing), programmatic, and paid social.  
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.
Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Formulate and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms using paid, organic and influencers.
Optimize Gladiator's  Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Oversee the end-to-end management of promotional campaigns, from concept development and budget to execution and performance analysis.

Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree 
4 + years experience in digital marketing or media
2+ years experience in SEM 
2+ years experience in Social Media and Influencer Marketing

Preferred skills and experiences
1+ years experience in Public Relations
Exceptional analytical skills, including experience with ROAS (Return On Ad Spend), ROI (Return On Investment), and incrementality
Exceptional communication and collaboration
Agency management experience
Financial acumen
Project management experience
