Senior Analyst Our client is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst in the Ardmore area. The Senior Operations Analyst is a newly created position in a national company. The Senior Operations Analyst will be responsible for: Responsibilities: Analyzing the budget and forecast monthly and annually. Performing in-depth analysis of labor and overhead, creating efficiencies company wide. Analyzing performance and creating best practices. Working with financial and operational KPIs. Creating models and performing ad hoc analysis. Improving pay for performance (productivity). Analyzing Labor inflation and deflation as key components of total labor costs and productive work. Participating in presentations with Senior Management. Skills/ Competencies: The ideal Senior Operations Analyst will possess these skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration 3-5 years of multi-site financial forecasting and strategic analysis experience Advanced Excel proficiency and modelling skills Ability to multi-task and manage large, complex projects Strong communication skills Additional Details: Employment Type: Direct Hire Competitive benefits
