Are you looking to use your creativity and analytical mindset to play a key role in advancing our market-leading, iconic portfolio of brands? As a Senior Analyst Supply Chain Analytics, you will act as a strategic business partner. You will  support the full Kellanova North American Integrated Business Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams as well as External networks and End to End stakeholders . The role can be based out of Battle Creek, MI or Chicago, IL and will work in a flexible, hybrid model with weekly in-office days.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Analytics Drive Actions - Dive into diverse data sources to find insights that reveal new opportunities. Your knack for storytelling with data will inspire action across the organization, turning analysis into impact. ETL/Modeling Processes - Harness the power of data analytics and visualization tools to automate and refine our data processes. Your work will be crucial in unlocking actionable insights that drive our strategies forward. Customer Relations - Build and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, connecting with a diverse range of departments and vendors. This role emphasizes effective communication and collaboration to ensure aligned goals and successful partnerships. Project Management - Lead the development and execution of project plans, spanning investments, process improvements, and the integration of new technologies. You will be driving a proactive approach for driving change and delivering results. Strategic Leadership - Serve as the link across teams and departments, guiding strategic choices with an eye on both the immediate and the future landscape of our business. This role is an opportunity to sharpen your strategic thinking and leadership abilities, setting the stage for career advancement within Kellanova. We're Looking for Someone With Proficient in data analysis tools and technologies such as Excel, SQL querying, R, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience influencing all levels of the organization, both cross functionally and externally. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Demonstrated experience in data analytics, preferably with CPG industry-specific domain knowledge. What's Next
