THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Senior Analyst, Workforce Management & Pay Technology you will serve as System Administrator and SME supporting all Payroll systems (Workday and Kronos/UKG) and the payroll processing team (U.S and Intl). You will be responsible for the research, development, documentation, and refinement of payroll processes, and responsible for payroll system configuration and report writing.This role provides first level of support around payroll systems and works with IT as needed to resolve issues and implement solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsible for the bi-weekly payroll processes including running all necessary business processes and ensuring the payroll team meets deadlines. Create and maintain accurate exception reporting for the payroll team. Develop and maintain configurations and reports in payroll system. Collaborate with payroll team to identify and implement business process improvements. Provide subject matter expertise in payroll-related business processes and payroll systems configuration. Conduct business process mapping and gather functional requirements. Actively engage end-users through all phases of a project life cycle, ensuring employee satisfaction through timely communication and consistent completion of deliverables within critical timelines. Conduct user acceptance testing and work directly with IT to manage tasks associated with testing. Support common business processes and tools, researching, and evaluating alternative solutions, and conduct business system concept analysis. Conduct business process re-engineering to identify opportunities for improvement and making appropriate recommendations; ensuring processes are optimally aligned and that they follow industry standards. Collaborate with system vendors and IT to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. Produce standard payroll reports for basic levels of end-users. Train end-users on basic queries when applicable. May lead special projects as needed. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent in education and experience preferred. 5-8 years of experience with payroll systems such as Workday, Kronos or ADP. Solid knowledge of and ability to use MS Office Suite products. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication coupled with solid listening, facilitation, and presentation skills across all levels of the organization. Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical users. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations. Strong project and time management skills; knowledge of project management methodology. Ability to draft routine correspondence and manage information and data in a confidential and professional manner. Ability to balance the demands of projects, maintenance and support, customer expectations, and staff development in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance. PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $97,000 - $128,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
