We're looking for a Senior Software Security Engineer to join our team.
As a part of the Application Security team, you will help ensure the highest standard of security for Match Group products and our members. The scope of the role spans applications, infrastructure, devices, vendors, and anything else potentially at risk to the organization. Candidates that will excel in the role have technical backgrounds with a track record of writing security-adjacent code; while having creative approaches in performing quick and impactful work and development techniques.

What You'll Do:Help with the implementation of security automation tools, static/dynamic code analysis, and evaluation of bug bounty reports.Assist in research into suspected application vulnerabilities.Maintain awareness of known vulnerabilities in application technologies used within Match Group.Interface with engineering teams and effectively convey impact and provide remediation guidance for vulnerabilities. What You'll Need:At least 3 years of professional experience in application security.The ability to effectively partner and communicate with Engineering and Product teams.Experience securing large-scale web/mobile applications, including performing security code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and manual testing for logic flaws.Familiarity with dynamic and static application security tools.Experience performing thorough threat modeling of web applications.The ability to quickly adapt and context switch between different environments that are using a variety of tech stacks.Bachelor's Degree in Computing Security, Information Security, or related field. Compensation: $133,500 - $170,000 a year
The compensation range listed above is representative of the base salary offered. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles, New York City, Dallas, Austin, Charlotte, Phoenix, Houston, Atlanta, Portland, Salt Lake City, Denver, Seattle, or Nashville. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
