In this role, you will be instrumental in developing compelling campaigns that elevate Dorsia's presence as the exclusive membership platform unlocking the world's most coveted dining and hospitality experiences.
This position is essential in influencing how Dorsia is perceived, ensuring our brand continues to resonate within the luxury hospitality and lifestyle sectors.
In this role you will: Uphold and Refine Brand Aesthetics: Uphold and enforce high standards for brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and communications. Design for a High-End Audience: Create elegant, visually captivating designs aligned with Dorsia's brand identity, appealing to a sophisticated and discerning user base. Develop Cross-Channel Concepts: Craft quality work across various platforms—including advertising, social media, conceptual campaigns, product launches, branding, photography, film, and video—to effectively communicate Dorsia's narrative. Collaborate Across Departments and Engage Stakeholdersment: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, product design and editorial teams to integrate creative vision with business objectives. Skillfully manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring their goals are harmonized with our creative strategy. Translate Executive Vision into Project Briefs: Interpret the CEO and President's vision into actionable project briefs, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Project and Resource Management: Manage timelines, and coordinate across departments to meet project deadlines by speaking up for allocated resources and team bandwidth. You have: Experience: 7-9 years within a company/brand or at leading creative agency that high-end, luxury, or hospitality brands within Illustration Expertise: Extensive experience in creating high-quality illustrations that align with brand aesthetics and effectively communicate desired messages. Video and Animation: Experience with basic video and sound editing. Directing video teams on deliverables, spec, and feedback. Experience with animation tools and principles. Cross-Channel Storytelling: Ability to develop integrated stories across all platforms, leveraging the power of great ideas to enhance brand presence through content and digital experiences. Execution and Accountability: Demonstrated ability to act with urgency and ownership to meet priorities. Campaign Success: Proven experience in creating and executing impactful campaigns, with a portfolio that showcases a variety of luxury-oriented creative work Communication: Exceptional skills in project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on luxury design and hospitality trends, continuously innovating to keep Dorsia's aesthetics fresh and competitive. Preferred Experience: Experience with mobile applications as a channel, understanding the nuances of mobile user engagement and design. Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic setting, maintaining the highest quality standards under tight deadlines. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. Location: This role is based in our Miami office, with a full-time, in-office presence encouraged to support close collaboration with our product, marketing and leadership teams.
