As a member of the team, you will prioritize the engineering team's sprint backlog, participate actively in all phases of the iteration process, and are responsible for product decisions, release planning and leading designers and engineers to further scale and evolve our capabilities.ResponsibilitiesFunction as member of an Agile Scrum team focused on product management and delivery of high-quality data visualization and reporting solutions. Minimum Qualifications3+ years of experience in Product Management with proven track record in delivering a product vision and strategyBachelor's degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required.Experience with Agile software development methodologies and practices such as Scrum/Kanban, iterations, user storiesFamiliarity with agile software development lifecycles, standard tools like JIRA and ConfluenceOutstanding interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skillsAbility to build relationships across various partners and influence without authority in an ambiguous environmentPossess a positive attitude and excel in a fast-paced environmentUnderstand how APIs work and should be able to investigate data schema's and run analytics on how to leverage data for internal consumer needs.Has an understanding of architectural componentPreferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in Agile product managementAdvanced degree or post graduate qualification; Agile certification preferredStrong technical understanding of a variety of software languagesTechnical knowledge in AI/ML solutions and understands implications to product vision and strategyExperience with Tableau is a plusSalary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
