Role Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related field or equivalent experience7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focusing on backend systemsStrong proficiency in C# and .NET framework, including .NET CoreExtensive experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworksDeep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and their servicesExperience in modernizing systems and migrating to newer architecturesStrong knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principlesProficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD toolsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor other team members ?Preferred Experience & Skills: Experience with healthcare software and familiarity with HIPAA compliance and PHI handlingKnowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with messaging systems and event-driven architecturesExperience with performance tuning and optimization of large-scale systemsUnderstanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code conceptsContributions to open-source projects or technical blog postsCertifications in relevant cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to balance technical debt with delivery of new featuresExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsA proactive approach to identifying and solving complex technical challenges Our salary ranges are based on competitive pay for our company's size and industry. They are one part of the total compensation package that may also include equity, variable compensation, and benefits. In accordance with New York City, Colorado, California, and other applicable laws, Humata Health is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity.
