Requirements
• 5+ yrs administering benefits or related duties• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field• Proficient knowledge of group insurance products and retirement plan fundamentals• Comprehensive understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to think creatively and outside the box• Proficiency in Excel and excellent organizational skills• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
