Job Title: Sr. Benefits AnalystLocation: RemoteStart Date: Right AwayKeywords: #HumanResourcesJobs #SeniorBenefitsAnalystJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with the day-to-day administration of spending accounts including employee HSA and FSA accounts, and the Employer Stock Purchasing Program.Assist with the day-to-day administration of the U.S. qualified and non-qualified pension plans and 401(k) plans including pension benefit coordination; handling FICA taxation for non-qualified plansAssist with the day-to-day administration of the U.S. Health & Welfare plansEnsure compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as adherenceAssist with the ERISA claims & appeals process during the appeals processReview and correct payroll errors, including those processed via off-cycle such as Performance Award, Short Term and Long-Term Incentives.Review and analyze output from interfaces to ensure accurate payroll results.Day to day administration of plan funding, government reporting and regulatory compliance.Assist with coordinating annual enrollment activities, including implementing plan changes and communications, testing rates and the enrollment website.Ensure compliance of benefit administration with federal and state laws including IRS and Department of Labor regulations.Maintain full compliance with all internal controls (ICS).Participate on project teams associated with acquisitions, divestitures, plan mergers, plan design changes, vendor, and legal compliance changes.Assist with periodic version testing and vendor system enhancement testing; identifying and implementing process and system improvement opportunities; and thoroughly documenting all processes.Assist with educating call centers and participants about plans; and provide communication supportREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related field required ORA minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in employee benefits administration requiredExperience answering employee inquires related to Health & Welfare, Retirement, and LOA questions as well as navigating through documents such as SPDs to provide direction.May be asked to travel twice a year - more if business need arisesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:SAP experienceMS Excel and/or Access skillsPHR, SPHR or other equivalent, related HR certificatesExperience in one or more of the following: benefits, consulting, employee benefit transformation or employee total rewards.If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
