Responsibilities
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the BPO market• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers• Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with our BPO solutions• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and areas for growth• Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for both the client and the organization• Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements• Prepare and present regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and forecasts
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field• 5+ years of successful experience in BPO sales, with a track record of exceeding targets• Strong understanding of BPO processes, technologies, and industry best practices• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based• Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint• Must be willing to submit to drug screening
