Primarily, you will develop and uphold the brand's image, personality, and promise, ensuring consistency and resonance with the target audience. You should be adept at weaving the Levoit brand's narrative across various marketing channels, from traditional advertising to digital platforms, to build brand equity and drive consumer engagement. By analyzing market trends and consumer insights, you will craft compelling brand and marketing strategies that differentiate products or solutions in a competitive marketplace, aiming to foster loyalty and long-term customer relationships.
In addition, you should be able to work in a management capacity to provide guidance to the team on both the strategic planning and day to day marketing implementations. You may also build competency models, train, and evaluate the performance of the team.
\n What you will do at VeSync:Develop brand strategy and positioning in the marketDevelop and manage the execution of brand marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer loyaltySet strategic marketing goals and align them with Levoit regional BU business objectivesLead the creation of high-level marketing strategies to drive growth and support the new product launchesIdentify new market opportunities and lead market entry strategiesSet and managing the brand marketing budget to maximize return on investmentAssess the efficiency of marketing initiatives and provide feasible advice on how to improveStay current with marketing trends and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of developments in brand marketingMentor and develop talent within the marketing teamEvaluate the current team capability and resources and find optional solutions to support the high demanding marketing targetsEvaluate the team structure and resources to get prepared for future launching projectsOptimize marketing operations and processes for efficiency What you bring to the role:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design or Visual Arts, or related field.8+ years of experience in a marketing role, and at least 2 years in a leadership position.Proven track record of managing marketing teams.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, story-telling, and multi-channel marketing strategies.Proven experience owning and managing marketing budgets.Experienced in working with agencies and PR firms.Proactive, results-driven marketer with high ownership and commitment.Strategic thinking and hands-on execution to guide the team and ensure high-standard execution and daily practices.Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and leadership skills across different regions and cultures.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Able to evaluate the current team capability and resources and find optional solutions.Able to tackle the difficulties during marketing strategy creation and implementation. Location: This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.
