Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

The Sr. Business Analyst will assist with the responsibilities of the Grants Department. This will support the higher level functions of the Grants area, to include structural reviews of Grants budget-to-actuals, under and over spend, as well as troubleshooting workflows from a post-mortem point of view. The Sr. Business Analyst must have excellent critical thinking skills, an analytical mindset and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.

Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field, or equivalent extensive experience within their background.

5+ years working in a capacity of an individual contributor with some broader oversight experience with various resources.

Minimum of 3+ years working as a Business Analyst or proven experience working in a similar capacity.

Prefer familiarity with federal/state grant accounting.

Pay Details:

$84,760.00 to $90,000.00 per year
