Duties/ Responsibilities:
Collaborating with business leaders to pose inquiries and clarify requirements while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements when reviewing technology solutions.
Reviewing contracts for technical implications.
Completing exception and pre-approval documents as required.
Working with stakeholders and technical teams to craft effective solutions addressing business needs, including creating detailed functional specifications and use cases.
Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Staying up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions and enhance business processes.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is desirable.
General Experience:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Specialized Experience:
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Profound knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Competency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Visio, JIRA, Confluence).
Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
