Position Overview
Arlo is in search of a Senior Business Analyst to support the Joint Rapid Acquisition Cell (JRAC) and the Executive Secretariat of the Warfighter Senior Integration Group (W-SIG).

Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors
Consult on the technical and managerial actions and provide expert advice, support and coordination to facilitate the vetting, funding, implementation, operations and support approaches to JUON/JEON resolution.
Review and support preparation of rapid acquisition strategies, JUON/JEON management plans /plans of action and milestones, operation and support approaches, and other rapid acquisition efforts tailored from DoD Directive 5000.71, DoD Directive 5000.01, DoD Instruction 5000.02, and CJCSI 3170.01H requirements, or similar documentation, necessary for rapid acquisition of capabilities.
Provide support and oversight of the development and operation of urgent needs management information systems and tools.
Track the status of needs and support the preparation of reports for the Director, JRAC and those from the Director, JRAC to DoD executive leadership and JRAC members.
Support the JRAC at senior executive-level, cross-functional meetings.
Assist in planning, scheduling, coordinating, documenting, and, when necessary, chair meetings.
Prepare and coordinate professionally written products, including project plans, white papers, briefings, and staff actions.
Demonstrate effective oral communication skills, including delivery of briefings and formal presentations.
Review Plan, Program, Budget, and Execute (PPBE) documents and data to ensure transition planning and programming for capabilities acquired as Joint Urgent Operational Needs is accomplished.
Ensure PPBE documents and data are safeguarded.
Education and Minimum Qualifications
TS/SCI Security Clearance
4+ years of relevant experience in DoD acquisition or acquisition-related field.
Bachelor of Administration (BA)/ Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
Experience in one or more DoD urgent needs processes.
Experience in DoD budget preparation and reprogramming in support of contingency operations.
Experience developing legislative proposals.
Desired Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience in DoD acquisition or acquisition related field.
Graduate degree in business management, engineering, systems engineering, mathematics, or science.
DoD General Staff-level Service School
Previous experience at a Service-level headquarters, with the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, a Combatant Command (CCMD) Headquarters, a Defense Agency, or within the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
